Business Office Management
The Business Office Management program will prepare students in all aspects of working in an office, including oral and written business communications, calendar control, and computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications.
Students are also taught to prioritize tasks, schedule appointments, prepare budgets, maintain databases, and develop spreadsheets. In some offices, business office assistants are responsible for maintaining the company's website or preparing the company newsletter. In addition, students (seeking the two-year degree) will spend one semester interning at an area business.

According to O*NET OnLine the role of office administration has a bright outlook and the local salary is typically $15 to $17 per hour. Other areas of the state have a slightly higher salary range.
